Callwhere

Callwhere® Pro 2005 is A&A Teledata's premier call accounting system.

Callwhere® and Callwhere® Lite for Windows® are low cost, Windows®-based call accounting and call management software tools used by hundreds of managers and businesses to reduce telephone costs, increase productivity, allocate telephone expenses to departmental and divisional budgets and cost centers, monitor phone abuse, schedule call center staff and much more.

Callwhere® is easy to use, runs in the background of your PC, and can be easily configured to send scheduled reports to your e-mail or printer. Callwhere® supports virtually all PBX and key systems. Some phone systems (most PBXs and some key systems) have a data port through which SMDR data may be accessed. A computer with call accounting software installed is plugged into the SMDR port. The phone system sends SMDR data to the call accounting software on the computer. Call accounting software captures, processes, and organizes the SMDR data into useful management reports.

Callwhere® Pro 2005 is A&A Teledata's premier call accounting system. Callwhere® Pro 2005 allows you to track, manage and reduce telephone expenses; increase productivity; and improve customer service.

The Callwhere® Pro Hospitality ModuleThe Callwhere® Pro Hospitality Module provides the ability to track and bill telephone charges for your guests. Using the Hospitality Module, you can print a list of calls and charges when your guest checks out. The Hospitality Module also provides an audit report which shows the check in time, the check out time and the total charges for each guest. The Hospitality Module has its own database and costing structure, allowing you to setup separate costing tables for both Callwhere® Pro 2005 and the Hospitality Module.

Call Collector
The Call Collector program captures the call information from your phone system. The call information is processed real time by the Call Collector and saved in the Callwhere® database.

Call Manager
The Call Manager program is used to configure Callwhere® per your organization, as well as manage the processed calls from your phone system.

Installation
The Installation program is used to configure Callwhere® to accept and process call information from the phone system.

Reports
The Reports program is used to view and print the processed call information. There are more than 100 preconfigured reports included with Callwhere®. See sample reports here or download sample reports here.

Area Code Pricing
The Area Code Pricing program provides the ability to set call pricing by area codes and exchanges within area codes. The Area Code Pricing database contains the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) and the city and state of each exchange within an area code. This information is used to identify the city and state along with the number called on outgoing calls, or the Caller ID on incoming calls.

Callwhere® Lite

Callwhere® Lite is A&A Teledata's entry-level call accounting system for organizations with basic call accounting needs. Callwhere® Lite allows you to track, manage and reduce telephone expenses; manage productivity; and prevent toll fraud and telephone abuse and misuse. The system collects data from your phone system and organizes it into easy to use reports that you can use to manage the activity of your phones and your staff.

Callwhere® Lite Features:

  • This call accounting system supports up to 24 stations (extensions)
  • Provide flat rate costing for all outgoing calls (local and long distance)
  • Provide Caller ID, including city and state information
  • Produce Station, Trunk, and Daily Call Analysis reports
